Patient Testimonials
Very happy in everything Stephanie did to assist me and all the explanations she provided.
High pitched sounds more audible. Words more understandable. Tinnitus reduced somewhat.
more confident in group settings and with one-one conversations.
Additional Testimonials These aids are a little smaller than I had, the button on the aids-if preset rings twice and the noise (in loud restaurants) is down. Pressed once the sounds go back to normal. These (OPN3 miniRITE) are much better is clocking background noise than the Resounds. I can hear much better especially in my office, 1:1 with clients. As a retired aerospace engineer, I have been trained to believe 1/3 of what I hear and half of what I see. Hearing better is an asset 1/3 of the time. Expect that I will adapt gradually (and as my need increases) will try to be consistent in using them even if I don’t have a great need right now-and appreciate your thorough and patient help in teaching me. I hear sounds a lot better at a comfortable volume (not to loud or not to soft). I also hear voices a lot better in noisy environments. Thank you! I hear the birds chirping, my turn signal clicking, people talking, etc, etc, etc. Everything sent quite well. I can hear a lot better with the hearing aids than I did before. I give Metro Hearing 100%. Because they helped me out. I owe it to Stephanie Clark for helping me out. Thank you once again. I can now participate in conversations with family members and dinner companions. There are people I know that I can’t understand without my hearing aids. My social life has improved tremendously. Hearing is important to me and allows me to work. For one I am able to watch TV with the volume turned down With the TV attachment, I can hear the TV much better. It isn’t about increasing sound it is about clarity. I can hearing much clearer in crowds. I don not fell like I have missed some of conversations especially with people talking at the same time. I am happy with sound coming through my hearing aids when I answer the phone, sound much clearer. Dr. Clark has answered all my questions and helped with applications to my phone. I have never felt rushed in their office. Also love and appreciate Sarah at the front desk! Very friendly and informative, great personality. I can hear way better. Thank you very much. It is much easier to hear what’s going on around you. I’m still adjusting but it is getting better each day. Thank you for your help. Stephanie and her staff did an outstanding job. My hearing acuity is improved overall. Stephanie Clark and her assistant Sarah are both very helpful and friendly. They make the patient feel special and comfortable. Oh yes indeed! I no longer have to fake conversations. I can now hear what people are saying clearly. The audio on my own TV is back to normal! Now I have more confidence in meeting and talking to people. Telephone conversations have improved by over 100%. Love them! Love Metro! Less effort to hear people speaking. Feel like I’m alive and living again. Like ‘ole times with family, friend and strangers! I hear much better one to one, phone and in a group. I don’t even know I have them in my ear or behind my ear. I am thrilled to actually hear again. Hearing much better. I do hear better but not to the lever where I would like to be. Hearing aids have allowed me to lower my TV volume and much lower than my old ones so I don’t bother the women who live below me or above me. I can hear better which makes me happy. It makes communication less stressful. I will call if any adjustment I s needed. Hearing better. Dr. Clark is very helpful and knowledgeable with the hearing aids. She and staff are also very pleasant to be around.
